Hartland Point Lighthouse, North Devon

Hartland Point Lighthouse, North Devon

The lighthouse at Hartland Point in the far north west depths of Devon is a working automated lighthouse standing on the imposing headland of Hartland Point. This short walk of around a mile in total from a nearby car park offers stunning views of the lighthouse building as well as the impressive vertical cliffs of the Hartland peninsula. It can be extended into a short circular walk of just over a couple of miles in order to see a little more of this remarkable piece of coastline.
